November Favourites ♥

I thought I'd start off my first ever beauty blog post with my favourite products for the month of November.

(Also, sorry about the horrible iPhone quality photos, guys. I seem to have misplaced the cord for my camera)

First up, I've got the Maybelline New York Dream Terra Sun bronzing powder in the colour "05 Sun Baked". I love how the bronzer isn't too muddy and it's a nice consistency that goes on quite easily. It's quite smooth and applies well. It's not too pigmented, and is easy enough to build up. It does have slight hints of shimmer in it, but that doesn't really show up on the cheeks. I use mine as a contour colour and I love it.
($15.95 AUD from Priceline)

Next up, I've got my Benefit blush in Hervana. This is the first blush I've gotten from Benefit and I've been loving it! It applies well, and you don't need a light hand at all. I swirl all the colours together to get this lovely pink colour, great for the daytime. I don't recommend using the brush that comes with it though, as it does waste a lot of product as it just stains the brush fibres.
($51 AUD)

Next is the Benefit 'the POREfessional'. This is a product I didn't expect to love so much, and this month, it's been my absolute favourite. It's a nice primer that, when applied over a moisturised face minimises all appearance of pores. It has made my face look so smooth and made my foundation just glide on.
($53 AUD)

My Revlon ColorStay Foundation for Oily/Combination Skin. I've got mine in the shade "220 Natural Beige", which is actually a bit too light for me. This is a great foundation for oily or acne prone skin. I feel like since I've started using this, I've actually stopped getting pimples as often, which is great. The consistency is not too thick, nor too thin. I apply mine with a Real Techniques buffing brush. It's got a bit of an odd smell, but that goes away as soon as the foundation dries. The only problem with it, is that it dries pretty quickly, so you've got to work fast.
($34.95 AUD from Priceline)

Next is my Benefit Creaseless Cream Shadow in the colour "R.S.V.P". It's a nice creamy cream eye shadow that doesn't budge at all once it's on your lid, but still gives you the freedom to fix up any errors. The colour's a nice champagne pink, with lots of shimmer. It's pretty similar to M.A.C's 'Naked Lunch' eye shadow. This is such a staple colour for me, and something I found myself reaching for every day this month.
($35 AUD)

Finally, I've got my Benefit They're Real! mascara. As you can tell, I've been loving Benefit products this month, and this one definately has not let me down. I've been told it's the best selling mascara in the UK and the best selling Benefit mascara ever and it's not hard to see why. I've got mine in a mini version, that came with the full sized product, that I haven't opened quite yet. It has tiny plastic bristles, and even some on the end of the wand, which I love. The consistency isn't too wet and gives my lashes heaps of volume and length and plenty of curl, which I've never found in another mascara before!
($38 AUD for full sized product)

That's it for this month. What were your beauty favourites this month? Let me know in the comments :)
